I give this item a 4 rating because it rates a 5 star for the style/color of the boot. I knew this the minute I first saw the picture online and the brand. However, it does run small so I had to return first pair and reorder up one size; these now are perfect fit. BUT....I have to give the packaging of the item a 3 as the boots were not packaged well. In fact they were not packaged at all.....just laid inside a shoe box with some tissue paper over the top. No paper padding or Styrofoam inserts to hold the boots shape during transit. And it also appeared to me that the boots have probably been sent out once (or more) before and returned as they appear to have been worn. Not real good for a $230 pair of Pikolino Ankle Leather Boots. But as I said, I love the boots and will keep them. Just thought management should know the above. Thank you.
