As you cruise into our parking lot, you'll see two stores: our self-serve discount Outlet Store and our main store, a 50 ft tall chalet-style building. For a hands-on experience with knowledgeable shoe fitters, head to the main store.

Upon entry you’ll be greeted by one of our friendly floor coordinators, armed with an iPad and a smile. They’ll ask what brings you in today and if you need help. If so, you’ll be added to our waiting list for the next available shoe expert.

Expert Measurement: Our shoe fitters like to begin the fitting process with a comprehensive measurement and a brief foot evaluation.
Find the Perfect Pair: Your shoe fitter will select and bring as many pairs as needed to ensure you find the ideal shoes that meet your needs.
CHECKOUT EXPERIENCE
If you’re new to our store, we’ll create a customer profile to track your purchases for future reference. Sharing your information is encouraged but not required; it helps us keep you informed about our best promotions, latest arrivals, and upcoming events.
