Shipping Policy

• We currently ship to the US only, this means we don't ship to Canada at all.
• Orders $50 and over are shipped for free (some exclusions apply on large/oversize items).
• Orders under $50 are charged a nominal $4.99 for shipping.
• All orders are shipped within 2 business (M-F) days using normal Ground shipping services (UPS or USPS).  Sorry, we do not offer expedited shipping options.  
• Orders are processed for shipping Mon-Fri only, excluding shipping holidays.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY GUARANTEE DETAILS

Orders for in-stock merchandise received  by 1pm CT on 12/21/2021 choosing “Guaranteed By Christmas” shipping will arrive by Christmas. If the package does not arrive by Christmas, we will send you a free UPS or USPS return label to send the item back to us, and the purchase price of the item + the $9.99 shipping charge will be refunded.  We will do everything we can to ensure that your order will arrive by Christmas, but unfortunately some events are out of our control once an item leaves our location.

• Events beyond the shipper’s control such as road and airport closures and weather delays void the Christmas delivery guarantee.
• Packages shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, PR, and military addresses do not qualify for guaranteed Christmas delivery.
