Shipping Rates
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $100 (excluding large/oversized items) qualify for free shipping.
  • Standard Shipping: Orders under $100 (before taxes and fees) incur a $9.95 shipping charge.
Shipping Timeframes:
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday).
  • Ground Shipping: Delivery typically takes 1-6 business days within the lower 48 states.
  • Expedited Shipping: Requests received before 2 pm CST are shipped the same business day with a transit time of 2 business days. Expedited shipping is available only to the lower 48 states.
Shipping Limitations:
  • Exclusions: We currently ship only within the US.
  • Holidays: Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding shipping holidays.
  • Alaska and Hawaii: A $13.99 shipping charge applies, with typical delivery taking 5-10 business days.

While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times.

UPS cannot guarantee their 2nd-Day Air deliveries due to these potential issues.

Freight Forwarding Disclaimer:

If you use a freight forwarder for your shipping and/or billing address, The Heel Shoe Fitters is not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.

Returns and Refunds:

Orders returned to sender will be refunded minus the shipping charge if undeliverable for reasons such as an incomplete address, no mail receptacle, refused delivery, no forwarding address, vacant address, etc. Please verify your shipping address before placing the order.

Liability for Missing or Damaged Packages:
  • Missing Packages: The Heel Shoe Fitters is not liable for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is missing, contact the shipping carrier to initiate a claim.
  • Damaged Packages: The Heel Shoe Fitters are not responsible for damages that occur during transit. If you receive a damaged package, file a claim with the shipping carrier immediately. Retain all packaging materials and damaged items for carrier inspection.
Filing Claims:
  • Contact the shipping carrier with the necessary details (tracking numbers, photos, proof of purchase) to file a claim for missing or damaged packages.
  • Notify us about the issue so we can assist with additional information or support needed for your claim.
Preventive Measures:
  • Ensure your shipping address is correct and complete when placing an order.
  • Consider using a secure delivery location, such as a workplace or a location with a concierge service, to reduce the risk of theft or loss.
Customer Responsibility:
  • Monitor the tracking information provided and be available to receive the package at the time of delivery.
