ONLINE RETURN POLICY 

We want you to be satisfied with the item(s) you order online. Any unworn item you are not satisfied with can be returned within our 45-day easy return policy for a refund. 

Should an item be returned that was not from your original order or returned past the 45-day return window, no refund will be given, and you will be responsible for return shipping should you want the item back.

Returns
To start a return, you will log into your account using the email that was used to place your order. A 6-digit code will be sent to your email to log in to your account(so you don't have to remember or save any passwords).

Please allow 24-48 business hours for us to respond to your request. If you don't receive an approval or decline email within this time, please contact us.

Please make notes if the return reason isn't suited for your situation. If there's no comments/vague reasons, we will reach out for further explanation to better understand your return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label for USPS. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The return shipping cost will be deducted from your item(s) refund after processing the return. The original shipping cost is non-refundable, and will not be refunded with your items refund.

As part of our effort to offer the lowest shipping rates (Free shipping on orders over $100) and the most competitive prices we can, we don’t cover return shipping costs unless the item is found to be defective by the manufacturer at the time of delivery or if there was an error on our part. Most of our customers do not choose to return their items.  

Restocking/Damage Fees
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Any items returned in worn condition (pet hair, dirt, visible wear, scuffs), without tags or original packaging will be subject to a damage fee, which will be deducted from any refund.

Should an item be returned that is heavily used, no refund will be given, you will be responsible for return shipping should you want the item back.

Please place the boxed product in a proper shipping box when returning. If the original shipping box is undamaged, please use the box. Damaging the product box by using it as the shipping box or an inappropriate size box without protective packing will result in a 30% damage fee - please do not damage the box.

Final sale / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on final sale items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Lookbook Coupon

Any Lookbook coupon applied during the purchase is a one-time use only offer. In the event of a return, the coupon becomes void. We're here to assist you, feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
