ONLINE RETURN POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with the item(s) you order online. Any unworn item you are not satisfied with can be returned within our 60-day easy return policy for a refund.
For items returned after 60 days, but within 90 days the maximum refund will be the purchase amount minus a 20% restocking fee.
Should an item be returned that was not from your original order or past the return window, no refund will be given, you will be responsible for return shipping should you want the item back.
To start a return, you will log into your account using your email that was used to place your order with. A 6 digit code will be sent to your email to log in your account(so you don't have to remember or save any passwords).
Please allow 24-48 business hours for us to respond to your request. If you don't receive an approval or decline email within this time, please reach out to us.
Please make notes if the return reason isn't suited for your situation. If there's no comments/vague reason, we will reach out for further explanation to better understand your return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label for USPS. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The return shipping cost will be deducted from your item(s) refund when the return is processed. As part of our effort to offer the lowest shipping rates (Free shipping on orders over $70) and the most competitive prices we can, we do not cover the return shipping costs unless an item is deemed defective or there was an error on our part. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Any items returned in worn condition (pet hair, dirt, visible wear, scuffs), without tags or original packaging will be subject to a damage fee between 20-70%, which will be deducted from any refund.
Please place the boxed product in a proper shipping box when returning. If the original shipping box is undamaged, please use the box. Damaging the product box by using it as the shipping box or an inappropriate size box without protective packing will result in a 30% damage fee - please do not damage the box.
Final sale / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on final sale items.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at email@example.com.
Any Lookbook coupon applied during the purchase is a one-time use only offer. In the event of a return, the coupon becomes void. We're here to assist you, feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
