Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be in unworn* and like-new condition with original packaging and tags** for a full refund. Items returned more than 30 days from the date of purchase are up to the manager's discretion and may not be accepted. Return policy exceptions are subject to a restocking fee and in-store credit only.
Defects will be handled on a case-by-case basis per manufacturer.
*Worn items ARE NOT eligible for refund

Our cobblers are experienced in shoe alterations and can help with custom modifications to accommodate foot issues like swelling, bunions or lifts. Please bring in your shoes for a consultation.

We currently only ship to the US. Orders $100 and over are shipped for free (some exclusions apply).
Orders under $100(before taxes and fees) are charged $9.95 for shipping. All orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will have a $13.99 shipping charge.

Typically, standard shipping transit time is 1-5 days. We are based in Wisconsin, so shipping times will be shorter if you are located nearby.
All expedited shipping requests that are received before 2pm CST will be shipped the same business day with a transit time of 2 business days. Expedited shipping is only available to the lower 48 states.

Items must be returned within 45 days. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.
To start a return, you will log into your account here. All online orders will have an account using the email you used to create the order. A 6-digit code will be sent to your email to log in to your account(so you don't have to remember or save any passwords).
Please allow us 24-48 business hours to respond to your request. If you're still waiting to receive an approval or decline email within this time, please reach out to us.

Returns are processed within 24-48 hours from when we receive the item(s). Please allow 7-10 business for the refund to go back onto your original payment method.
